During the holidays, I was around young adults struggling to find their way in the world and support themselves. This reminded me of how vital attitude and mindset are. There is an enormous difference between thinking the world owes you something and thinking you can contribute to making the world a better place.
Like many small businesses, my revenues are down, and I cannot contribute as much financially to organizations as I have in the past. But in lieu of this, I am volunteering and donating time, energy, and expertise to help out some great organizations.
